Maximum Liability

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Canadian Tire or any of the Third Parties should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the functions or uses of the Website or its content, the liability of Canadian Tire and the Third Parties shall in no event exceed in the aggregate $50 CAD.

Governing Laws 

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website and these Terms and Conditions.

Severability 

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable.
